Personal care that respects your daily routine
Getting ready for the day can become harder without making home feel any less like home. Divine Touch offers non-medical personal care focused on comfort, privacy, and the way each person prefers to do things.

Start with the routines that need more support
A useful care conversation begins with everyday life: which parts of the morning feel difficult, what help is already available, and where the person receiving care wants more independence. We discuss those details before confirming services and a schedule.
- Personal routines: tell us about grooming, dressing, bathing, and other daily assistance you want to discuss.
- Comfort and preferences: explain preferred routines, privacy needs, and how the person likes to receive help.
- Household coordination: identify the family member or other contact who should help coordinate next steps.
- Related support: ask about companionship and light household tasks that may fit the agreed care plan.
The exact tasks, level of assistance, and schedule depend on the care assessment and staff availability. We confirm the scope before care begins.
What personal care means here
Divine Touch provides non-medical home care. Our role is everyday assistance and support. We do not provide skilled nursing, wound care, injections, or medical treatment. If the need includes clinical care, explain that during the first conversation so the roles of a licensed medical provider and a non-medical caregiver remain clear.
A first conversation without having every answer
You can contact us when you are exploring options, when family help is becoming harder to coordinate, or when a daily routine needs more attention. You do not need to decide on a complete schedule before asking questions.
- Tell us the location and main need. Have the county or ZIP code and a simple description of the routines needing support.
- Discuss preferences and timing. Share the days or times you are considering and your preferred start date.
- Confirm fit and next steps. Our team reviews availability, assessment needs, and payment or coverage questions before a service arrangement is confirmed.
Personal care across our service area
We serve Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania. Service-area coverage does not guarantee an immediate opening for every ZIP code or schedule. See our five-county guide and local resources, then contact us to discuss the household’s needs.
Questions families often ask
Can we ask about just a few routines?
Yes. Start with the specific routines that need help. Our team will discuss whether the requested tasks and schedule fit the services currently available.
Can a family member join the first call?
A family member can help explain the situation and questions. Please include the person receiving care in decisions as appropriate and tell us who should be the main contact.
How much does care cost?
Cost depends on the agreed services and schedule. Ask for the applicable rate, minimum scheduling requirements, and any other terms before choosing care. Any insurance or program coverage must be verified individually.
What should we have ready?
Bring the county or ZIP code, the main daily tasks needing support, preferred days and times, a contact number, and any payment or coverage questions. Save detailed medical records for an appropriate private conversation.
